Premium subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. All billing, invoicing, and payment processing is handled by Paddle. By subscribing to Premium, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Paddle handles all applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) as required by local law. The price displayed at checkout is the total amount you will be charged.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time before renewal through the Paddle billing portal accessible at priqo.app/billing or by emailing hello@priqo.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Premium access until then.
Upon successful payment, Paddle issues a license key that is stored locally in the extension using your anonymous device ID. The license key grants you Premium access on one device. If you switch devices, contact us at hello@priqo.app for assistance.

The extension's source code may be subject to open-source licenses for certain components; those licenses govern those components independently.
Priqo relies on third-party APIs and services including Anthropic (Claude AI), Rainforest API, Amazon PA API, Paddle, Plausible Analytics, and Cloudflare. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Price and availability data displayed in Priqo is sourced from third-party APIs and may not always reflect actual current prices. Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before purchasing.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) price data will be accurate or current; (c) AI summaries will be complete or free of errors; or (d) the Service will meet your specific requirements.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRIQO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $10 USD.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Priqo and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
For users in the European Union or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, your statutory rights under applicable local law are not affected by these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by emailing affected Premium subscribers. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. Sections 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.
